Awards Programme
Recognising the best work in the region
Judged over two rounds by an independent panel.
Entries close 31 December 2026
Nominees
The field, in the order it arrived. Every entry here has cleared the first round of review.
Nominations are open
The field appears here once entries have been through the first round.
Enter
Entries are read in full by the panel. Tell us what the work is and why it belongs here — the second part matters more than most people expect.
How the awards work
Two rounds, an independent panel, and no public vote at any stage.
Prizes
A $15,000 prize pool across the categories, with the balance weighted toward the major award.
Every shortlisted entrant is invited to the presentation regardless of the result.
How to Enter
Submit your work with a short statement about it. One entry per category; you may enter more than one category.
Entries close at the date shown above and the deadline is not extended, because somebody always asks.
Judging
Round one narrows the field to a shortlist. Round two scores the shortlist against published criteria, with each judge scoring independently before the panel meets.
Judges see the work without the entrant's name on it. A judge with any connection to an entry declares it and does not score that entry.
